examples/vanilla is a single HTML file and the CLI.

Run it

bash

pnpm install
pnpm build
pnpm --filter @croff/example-vanilla build

Then open index.html in a browser. Use pnpm --filter @croff/example-vanilla dev to rebuild as you edit.
